beim Ausfüllen des Statistikbogens zum Bauantrag erhalte ich ab und zu negative Zahlen bei der Nutzfläche.
Laut Ausfüllanleitung ist die Nutzfläche nach Statistik = Nutzfläche nach DIN (ohne Verkehrsfläche, wie Flure u. dgl.) abzüglich der Wohnfläche (und bei der zählen die Flure ja dazu).
Dadurch ist die Wohnfläche manchmal größer als die Nutzfläche (DIN).
Allerdings ist der negative Zahleneintrag im Online-Formular nicht möglich und nun frage ich, ob ich (natürlich unabsichtlich) die Statistik fälsche? :confused:
